SoundSugar.net respects your Intellectual Property and the Intellectual Property of others, and asks you to do the same. When uploading content to this website, be it Audio Files, Video Content, Lyrics, Photographs and Graphics or Hyperbole, you agree to not upload or transmit any communications or content of any type that infringes or violates any rights of any third party. This includes using reviews or reporting, or associated video or still pictures without permission of the author.

This also includes sound files, sound bytes, and samples of other peoples music as covered in but not exclusive to the Copyright act of 1976.

If you are an end user this also applies to your copying of any music, text, video, or photograph provided by the artists we host or any original graphic image or text created by SounSugar.We will provide many free downloads of music and graphics and make it clear when we do so.

Did you know that your song or music is actually copyrighted the moment you perform it, or record it..... even on the most inexpensive cassette player?..... Or that your lyrics are copyrighted... even if you wrote them down in a sidewalk cafe on a dinner napkin?

If you feel that you are being infringed upon we encourage you to read the DMAC for the proper way to substantiate and submit your claim.

If you are considering infringing on someone else's rights...we direct you to title two of the DMAC, which mandates that we respond to a properly delivered subpoena by delivering to the courts, any and all contact information that you have provided us.

If we receive a notice of a claimed infringement, we will immediately remove, or disable access to, any and all content claimed to be infringing and will follow the procedures specified in the DMCA to resolve the claim between the notifying party and the alleged infringer who provided that content.
