The Label im with is my own independent label called Hood Assasins. Its just me and my bro for right now, preety much we will just see where the wind will take us, and hopefully we will do something big. If you have any ideas or openings for me let me know and ill be willing to listen.
Why this name?
i didnt choose my name it was preety much given to me. at first theywere gonna call me roadrunner. why because i was always moving. then one week everybody begin to call me sonikk, because they belived i was fast in life. also i can drop a hit in less than 30 mins.
Do you play live?
yes, i do play live, i usally crash sound lab for some playing time, not like its hard to get for me, but its a new enviroment for me but anything works for me if its gets my name out there. i like to perform at wild crowd places, my style and vibe, also flow will keep the crowd pumping, you would think your at a rock concert. But once place im ready to explode at is the Tweeter Center, and i'm saving that cause that will be my special moment.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Really i have no comment to this but i think everything envoled with the world changes the music industry but at the same time i really dont know.
Your influences?
What are my musical influences, i can confuse the hell out of you but at the same time you can understand it. Im more into to breaking mics and selling out crowds. Im more of a punch line rapper, i keep people coming back for more. What to expect from me if you came to a show of mine... your jaw would probably drop from amazment. Gotta keep it nice just listen to my tracks.
Favorite spot?
My favorite spot you can find me at? I would have to say crusing through the South Side of the CHICAGO. My spot would be any skate park in that radius, or Mcdonalds. hahaha.
